Motorola has introduced its latest flagship smartphone, the Moto Edge 50 Pro, in India. Priced at Rs 31,999 for the 8GB RAM and 256GB storage variant with a 68W charger, and Rs 35,999 for the 12GB RAM and 256GB storage variant with a 125W charger, the Edge 50 Pro introduces a range of industry-first features, including the world’s 1st AI-powered pro-grade camera with true color output validated by Pantone.

The Moto Edge 50 Pro boasts a range of impressive features, including a 6.7-inch pOLED display with a sharp 1.5K resolution and 2000 nits peak brightness. With a smooth 144Hz refresh rate, HDR10+ certification, and DCI-P3 colour gamut coverage, the display ensures vibrant and true-to-life visuals for an immersive multimedia experience.

Powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 chip and running on the Motorola Hello UI based on Android 14, the phone delivers capable performance and promises three years of OS upgrades. The triple-lens rear camera system comprises a 50-megapixel main sensor, a 13-megapixel ultrawide sensor with macro capabilities, and a telephoto lens with optical image stabilization and 30x hybrid zoom. For selfies, the device features a high-resolution 50-megapixel front camera with autofocus.

The Edge 50 Pro leverages AI to elevate its camera capabilities, incorporating features like AI adaptive stabilization, intelligent autofocus tracking, advanced long exposure, and tilt-shift mode. Additionally, the company utilizes an AI photo enhancement engine to enhance dynamic range, achieve superior bokeh, and minimize noise in images.

The Moto Edge 50 Pro supports 125W wired fast charging, 50W wireless charging, and 10W wireless power-sharing. It features an in-display fingerprint sensor for seamless authentication, an IP68 rating for water and dust resistance, and SGS Eye Protection technology for safeguarding users’ eyes.

If you don’t want to pay all at once, you can choose a no-cost EMI option starting at Rs 3,556 per month.

The Motorola Edge 50 Pro will be available in three stunning Pantone TM Curated colour variants, Luxe Lavender and Black Beauty with silicone vegan leather finish and Moon Light Pearl in Acetate finish.
